In addition to our E.P.I.C. online training, we offer private event planning workshops to corporate teams. We understand that corporate work groups often enjoy the convenience and customization available in face-to-face workshops. Private training enables us to adapt our training to address any special circumstances your team has to consider.
Our private workshops will help your team learn to think outside the box, incorporate audience participation, minimize risk and avoid hidden disasters that result in lost customers.

7 STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL EVENT
This is a big picture overview of all the moving parts your team needs to synchronize to create a successful event. This workshop is a broad look at the scope involved in event production.
RISK MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY
Your team will learn the ins and outs of anticipating and preventing risks associated with event planning. This workshop covers the pre-planning that’s necessary to be fire marshal compliant, i.e., safety measures that ensure guests don’t get hurt, requirements for vendors using proper fire rated materials, fire lanes not blocked, etc.
EVENT ENTERTAINMENT AND PRODUCTION
In this workshop, your team will learn how to book entertainment. We cover ways to ensure the right entertainment is matched with the right audience. We also cover how to set and manage expectations of entertainers, riders, and production requirements.
ROOM DESIGN AND DÉCOR
Your team will learn to design and layout a room for aesthetics, event flow, and safety.
